PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) Non-stick Coatings melt and flow during baking to provide a non-porous film.
PFA offers the additional benefits of a maximum use temperature of 260°C, film thicknesses up to 1,000 micron (40 mils) when specific High Build coatings such as Ruby Red are used, and greater toughness and abrasion resistance than PTFE or FEP Teflons.
